Standard rates: If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Non-refundable rates: The total price of the reservation will be charged anytime after the reservation is made. If cancelled or modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Smoking Policy: Please respect that Downtown Charm is a NON-smoking establishment. Guests will be charged 15,000 ISK for smoking inside the apartment.
Damage policy and missing items: Guests are responsible to pay for any damages that occur during their stay. Note that there is a 5000 ISK charge for lost/unreturned keys.
General Guest Courtesy: We kindly ask our guests to walk quietly around the building, and refrain from loud music and noise, with respect to the neighbors.
Cleaning fee: The cleaning fee is 120 EUR and is not included in the price,
Extra cleaning policy: Please note that we reserve the right to charge an extra 100 EUR for extra cleaning if the guest has not respected our house rules and taken care of the property in a respectful way. - please note that the accommodation is rented out for a 3-night minimum per reservation.
Please note: By law, we must categorize the trash, so please put recyclables (paper, plastic) in the bin on the right side by the sink, and the organic trash is below the sink.
Please put the soda bottles, wine bottles and soda cans into the big trash bin, located under the window in the kitchen.
You must take the organic trash and the recyclable trash to the big trash bin located in the Garage downstairs, please put it in the right bin. If not, then the City staff will not remove the trash, and we will have a problem.
