CANCELLATIONS (does not apply to Non-Refundable bookings):
• Standard bookings can be modified/canceled up to 7 days prior to guests' arrival.
• Group bookings (3 apartments or more) can be modified/canceled up to 7 days prior to guests' arrival but
when booking 3 apartments or more a non-refundable prepayment is required 3 days after booking. The prepayment is 25% of the total price of the booking.
MODIFICATIONS:
Modifications are not accepted after bookings cancellation/modification period has passed. If you cancel your booking after the cancellation period or in case of No-Show the total price for your reservation will be charged.
NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKINGS:
Non- refundable reservations require full payment to be made at the time of booking. Payment will be processed and debited from the authorized credit card account. No refund will be offered for cancellations, no-shows and early departures.

Payment Policy: Payments are made to guests provided credit cards.
• Standard bookings are charged 7 days before guests' arrival.
• When booking 3 apartments or more a non-refundable prepayment is required 3 days after booking. The prepayment is 25% of the total price of the booking. The remainder of the payment is taken 7 days prior to guests arrival and is non-refundable.
• Non-refundable bookings are charged on the same day as they are made.
Payments are made to guests' provided credit cards. The credit card used for payment must be issued in the name of the owner of the booking. Guests may be required to show a passport and credit card before check in. If for some reason our guests have not been able to show the passport and credit card used for payment and/or they have not paid by the time they arrive the hotel may charge an additional €150 late-check-in fee for staff to be called out to the location.

Smoking Policy: Please respect that this apartment hotel is a non-smoking establishment. We fine smokers €250 for smoking inside the apartments.

Damage Policy: If guests cause any damage to the apartment or furnishings they may be charged for the damages. Guests are also responsible for any items belonging to the apartment hotel that goes missing during their stay.

Missing Items Policy: The apartment hotel takes no responsibility for forgotten or lost items and can not guarantee that items are found. If items are found and need to be sent then postage is always paid by the receiver of the items. The apartment hotel takes no responsibility for items that are lost or damaged during postage. The apartment hotel reserves the right to only store lost and forgotten items for a period of 7 days. Food and beverages left behind by guests are disposed of right after guests have checked out or when apartments are cleaned.

General Guest Courtesy: Guests are expected to show common courtesy by being quiet in the apartment hotels hallways, around the buildings and refrain from loud music and noises in the apartments, out of respect for their neighbours.

Refund Policy: If there is anything that needs our attention when arriving to the apartment please let us know as soon as possible and we will make sure it is attended to. You can do so by calling from the phone in the check-in area or send us an email. Please note that if issues and/or complaints have been addressed by our staff then requests for a refund will not be agreed. Also if our staff is not given the chance to address issues and/or complaints and if issues and/or complaints are not reported during your stay at the apartment hotel the right to request a full or partial refund has been forfeited.

Pets: Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

Vouchers apply only for standard rates.

Please note that there is a mandatory cleaning fee of 20 EUR.
