Please respect that this is a non-smoking property. Smoking inside is forbidden. The hotel reserves the right to charge a smoking fee if guests are found to have smoked inside the property.
Any damages made to the property, interior, and exterior will be charged.
Please note that a continental breakfast buffet is available for an additional surcharge of 25 EUR or 3.500 ISK for adults, and 10 EUR or 1.500 ISK for children under 10 years old, and it must be booked at least one day in advance. The continental breakfast is served from 7:00 - 10:00 AM is served at Room With a View Hotel.
Check-in time is from 15:00 and check-out time is before 11:00 am.

Standard Rate Reservation: If cancelled up to 2 days (48 hours) hours prior arrival no fee will be charged. If cancelled less than 2 days (48 hours) before arrival, or in case of a no-show, the reservation will be charged in full.
Non-Refundable Reservation: The total price of the reservation will be charged when reservation is confirmed. No refund is made in case of a cancellation or a no-show.
