Payment is required via a secure online payment link 30 days prior to arrival. Any cancellations within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable and the card provided at the time of booking is used to guarantee the reservation only and charge for late cancellation fees. Kindly ensure sufficient funds are available at the time of charge as declined transactions might result in your reservation being cancelled. Please note all payments are processed in ISK and should your confirmation show an amount in EUR or any other currency Hvammsvik is not liable for any charges or fees you might incur as a result.

We reserve the right to charge for any damages to the facilities caused by guests up to 1000EUR.
All reservations are subject to a 180EUR cleaning fee.
We strongly advise a 4x4 car is used when visiting Iceland and Hvammsvik in the winter months. Hvammsvik is not liable for issues encountered in challenging weather conditions.
