Standard Reservations:
• Cancellation is free if made at least 7 days before the check-in date.


Group Reservations:
• If you cancel later than 6 weeks before the check-in day, no cancellation fee will be charged.
• If you cancel between 4 to 5 weeks before the check-in day, a 15% cancellation fee will be charged.
• If you cancel 2 weeks before the check-in day, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
• If you cancel later than a week before the check-in day, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged, and no refund will be provided.

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate your needs to the best of our ability. However, please note that for standard reservations, no refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date.
