Cancellation policy:
Individuals:
Standard Rate: Room rates include tax and service charges. If cancelled up to two days before date of arrival, (48 hours) no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Non Refundable Rate: Room rates include tax and service charges. If cancelled, no refund is made.

Our cancellation policy for groups. (4 rooms or more) ????

Ten to twelve weeks. (10 - 12 weeks). A good time to contact the travel agency and review the situation,discuss whether a group will be driven and/or a reduced number of rooms. Give the travel agency two weeks (2 weeks) to take the position.

Eight weeks (56 days) Request a first list of names. There may still be some No Name rooms.

Four weeks (28 days) A final list of names must be available. It is still possible to keep one No Name,but then that room will be paid.

An invoice will be sent and must be paid before the group arrives.

If a No Name room will not be used or a room is cancelled for some reason after the cancellation period has expired and an invoice has been sent, se will try to sell the room(s) and if it succeeds in selling it, to someone else, a credit invoice will be sent. As a rule, we never double sell a room.
Groups: 4 rooms or more.

Check-in time is at 3:00 pm & check–out at 11:00 pm.
Please respect that this is a non smoking property. Smoking inside is forbidden.
There is a breakfast buffet and is upon your choice included in rate or for a cost of 18 EUR, possible to add on with arrival if wanted.
Serving time: 07:00 - 09:30. October - May 7.30 - 9.00. or upon request
Dinner available. June - September, 18.00 - 21.00. October - May 18.00 - 20.30 or upon request.
