How to book?

In the calander above you can see when the house is available for booking. Booked days are light pink, and available days are white. 

Please notice that starting day can only be on a Thursday. Umhyggja offers guest to stay from Thursday to Monday (4 nights kr. 25.000) or from Thursday to Thursday (7 nights kr. 35.000). Cleaning service is included.

Check in on arrival day is from 16:00 and check out is not later 12:00.

During easter, summer and christmas holidays special application rules are enforced. Umhyggja will open a special application form on dates advertised on www.umhyggja.is. Applicants with chronically ill children under 18 years old that use awheelchair or are in need of a hospital bed have priority according to the rules of application.

During primary school winter breaks in late october and late february the vacation house will only be offered to parents of chronically ill children from age 6-15 years (primary school age).
