The cancellation policy depends on the rate selected at the time of booking.

- Non-Refundable Rate:
The total amount of the reservation will be charged at any time after booking. In case of cancellation, modification, or no-show, the full cost of the reservation will be charged and is non-refundable.

- Standard Rate:
You can cancel or modify, free of charge, up to 3 days before arrival. Cancellations or modifications within 3 days of arrival, as well as no-shows, will be charged the full price of the reservation. The full amount of the reservation will be charged to the card provided as a guarantee at the end of the free cancellation period (3 days before arrival).

After Check-in:
nce the check-in date has passed, any modifications or cancellations are non-refundable.

- Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the property. A penalty fee of 200 EUR applies for smoking indoors.
- Parties are not allowed in the rooms or common areas — but don’t worry, we have a lively bar next to reception just for that! :)
- Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed to stay.
- Any damage to the property, both interior and exterior, will be charged accordingly.
