Smoking Policy: Please respect that Hestland is a NON-smoking establishment. Guests will be charged 15,000 ISK for smoking inside the apartment.
Damage policy and missing items: Guests are responsible to pay for any damages that occur during their stay. Note that there is a 5000 ISK charge for lost/unreturned keys.
General Guest Courtesy: We kindly ask our guests to walk quietly around the building, and refrain from loud music and noise, with respect to other guests.
Extra cleaning policy: Please note that we reserve the right to charge extra 100 EUR for extra cleaning if guest has not respected our house rules and taken care of the property in a respectful way.
