In the event you have to cancel your reservations at Hotel Keflavik, Diamond Suites or Guesthouse Keflavik.

The cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellation policy is 2 days for individuals, 30 days for groups with up to 20 rooms, 60 days for groups with 20+ rooms and 14 days for Diamond Suites. Cancellation must be done in writing, even if a confirmation has been given over the phone. If cancellation is not made before the end of the cancellation period, the entire reservation will be charged.

Pets
-------
Small pet dogs are welcome but we can only accommodate them in specific rooms, subject to availability upon arrival. Assistance dogs are allowed in the entire hotel.

Smoking
---------
All our rooms at Hotel Keflavik, Diamond Suites, and Guesthouse Keflavik are non-smoking, and smoking in the rooms is subjected to a special cleaning fee. Smoking is only allowed outside. There is a significant room recovery fee, from 200 EUR or more depending on the damage, for guests who do not comply in order to cover the extensive cost of restoring guest rooms to a smoke-free condition.

Children
---------
Infants and toddlers up to the age of 2 years stay free of charge in a cot in every room type. Children at the age of 3-6 years can stay free in existing beds.

Tax
----
Tax and service charges are included in the rates but lodging tax is not.
