For standard rate:
You may cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. 
You will be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel 7 days before arrival.

For non-refundable rate:
Changes to a non-refundable booking are not allowed.
If a non-refundable booking is canceled the stay will be charged in full.
If the guest does not arrive (no-show) the stay will be charged in full.

Smoking Policy: Please respect that Óðinn Reykjavík - Óðinsgata Apartments is a NON-smoking establishment.
Damage policy and missing items: Guests are responsible for paying for any damages that occur during their stay and any missing items.
Note that there is a 50 EUR charge for lost keys. Guests are refunded if they return the key.
If the Securitas system is activated due to heavy smoke in the apartment, guests will be charged 11,500 ISK.
General Guest Courtesy: We kindly ask our guests to walk quietly in the hallways, and around the buildings, and refrain from loud music and noise, in respect to the neighbors.
No parties or events are allowed.
