Standard rates: If canceled or modified up to 2 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If canceled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Non-refundable rates: The total price of the reservation will be charged and is non-refundable.

Check-in time is from 15:00 at the day of the arrival, and checkout is before 12:00 noon.
The check-in-process is done online, where guests receive a key code for their room.

Children sharing a bed with their parents stay for free.
Baby cot can be requested up to 24 hours prior to arrival, for additional charge of 5000 ISK.

Breakfast is not included in the rate, but guests can purchase breakfast at the Greenhouse Café and Juice bar from 7:00 a.m. each morning.

The Greenhouse Hotel is smoke free and guests will be fined 50.000 ISK for smoking.

Smaller items in the rooms are available for purchase through the QR code in the room.
Guests are to pay for any damages that may occur during their stay, or any missing items.
