Cancellation Policy:
Standard rates: If canceled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If canceled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Non-refundable rates: The total price of the reservation will be charged and is non refundable.

Smoking Policy: Please respect that Acco Luxury Apartments is a NON-smoking establishment. Guests will be charged 200 EUR for smoking inside Acco Luxury Apartments.
Damage policy and missing items: Guests are responsible to pay for any damages that occur during their stay and any missing items.
Note that there is a 50 EUR charge for lost keys. Guests are refunded if they return the key.
If the Securitas system is activated due to heavy smoke in the apartment, guests will be charged 11,500 ISK.
General Guest Courtesy: We kindly ask our guests to walk quietly in the hallways, around the buildings, and refrain from loud music and noise, in respect to the neighbors.
