Standard rate: Bookings can be cancelled up to 3 days prior to arrival without a fee. The cancellation must be made directly on the sales channel it was booked on. Any bookings cancelled past the cancellation policy will not be refunded.
Non-refundable rate: Bookings cannot be cancelled free of charge. Your reservation may be charged anytime after the booking is made and it is not refundable.

Please respect my house rules, there is no partying allowed and there must be quiet in the building after midnight. 
Please take the trash out before you leave (blue bin for paper and black for everything else). To get to the bins you walk out, turn right past the pizza place, then right again, and walk down the street till you see "tunnels" that lead you to the bins. They are located below the kitchen window.
Please make sure dishes, pots, and pans have been washed (it is not included in the cleaning price).

The apartment has an amazing view, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sleeping sofa, free Wi-Fi, and a TV.
It comes with bedding and towels. The cleaning fee is 120 euros.
