Smoking Policy: Please respect that Lava Apartments is a NON-smoking establishment. Guests will be charged 15,000 ISK for smoking inside Lava Apartments.
Damage policy and missing items: Guests are responsible to pay for any damages that occur during their stay and any missing items.
Note that there is a 5000 ISK charge for lost keys. Guests are refunded if they return the key.
General Guest Courtesy: We kindly ask our guests to walk quietly in the hallways, around the buildings, and refrain from loud music and noise, in respect to the neighbors.
